    CredeeApp provides software services on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Fees

    All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on the selected plan

3. Refund Eligibility

    Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

    However, refunds may be issued at CredeeApp’s reasonable discretion in the following circumstances:

    • Duplicate payments
    • Billing errors
    • Unauthorised transactions (subject to verification)

4. Free Trials

    If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

    To avoid charges, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period.

5. Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time.

    • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
    • No further charges will be applied after cancellation
    • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing period

6. Exceptional Circumstances

    Refund requests outside the above conditions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at CredeeApp’s sole discretion.
